At RI Enterprises, we value your trust and aim to provide the best catering and food services for your events. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Cancellations by Clients

Notice Period: All cancellations must be made in writing via email or phone call.

Refunds Based on Timing:

14 days or more before the event: Eligible for a [insert % e.g., 80%] refund of the total booking amount.

7–13 days before the event: Eligible for a [insert % e.g., 50%] refund.

Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be provided, as preparations and purchases will have already been made.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

Deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the cancellation is made by RI Enterprises.

Deposits may, at our discretion, be applied as a credit toward a future booking within [insert timeframe, e.g., 6 months].
3. Cancellations by RI Enterprises

In the unlikely event that RI Enterprises must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, natural disasters, staff unavailability), a full refund will be provided.

Alternatively, clients may opt to reschedule the event without penalty, subject to availability.
4. Event Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an event at least [insert number, e.g., 10 days] prior to the original event date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs if the new date has higher demand.
5. No-Show Policy

If the client fails to provide venue access or does not proceed with the event without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
6. Refund Turnaround Time

Approved refunds will be processed within [7–10 business days] from the date of confirmation of cancellation.

Once processed, the refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method or bank account within [3–5 business days], depending on the policies of the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Clients will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
7. Special Circumstances

Refund exceptions may be considered for emergencies (e.g., medical or family emergencies) at the sole discretion of RI Enterprises. Supporting documentation may be required.
